Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, telephone number, property preferences, budget and timing, preferred locations, the details of a concierge request, and anything else you choose to include in an enquiry form, by email, by telephone or over WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically. Basic technical information such as browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, referral source and pages visited. Analytics data of this kind is collected only after you accept analytics cookies; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
To respond to your enquiry — to arrange introductions and viewings, prepare property selections and coordinate requested services. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in serving prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To keep business records of enquiries and transactions. Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in establishing or defending claims (Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website analytics. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time through the cookie settings in the footer.
Security of the website and protection against misuse and fraud. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We use the following service providers, who process personal data on our instructions and under a data processing agreement:
- Kommo — customer relationship management; enquiries are recorded here.
- Resend — technical delivery of the notification email sent for each enquiry.
- Google Workspace — the mailbox in which those notifications are received.
- Google Analytics and Tag Manager — website analytics, active only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security logs.
Where necessary for your enquiry, information may also be shared with property owners, licensed partner agencies, legal advisers, technical specialists or mortgage advisers. Those recipients act as independent controllers and are responsible for their own use of the data. We will tell you when an introduction of this kind is being made.
International transfers
Some of the providers listed above process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision, as applicable to each provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from our last meaningful contact with you, after which it is deleted from our CRM and from our mailbox.
Where a transaction takes place, the related records are kept for the longer period required by Spanish accounting and tax law. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in the analytics service.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of processing and its portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.
